| This division of Brothers Caterers provides food service and nutrition management for health-care facilities that is cost effective. All of our health care food service programs meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff. Our on site nutritionists oversee every aspect from menu planning down to the food preparation, making sure that the patient’s meal meets all their nutritional requirements. |

| We also implement another very important component with our service and that is presentation. If a patient is happy with the staff that serves them and the meal itself is eye appealing then this will be a part of their stay that is enjoyable, making the overall stay less traumatic. |
