		Cafes & Convenience Carts

Brothers Caterers realizes that as each event passes in a convention center that the next one will be different and that the people attending will be different, as will be their tastes. We take each event and create our menus to suit the event. This means the menus and the price ranges.

This is a theory that we have employed that appeals to the masses. Our cafes are set up in a manner that is very adaptable from one event to another. From the menu items to the miscellaneous decor.

We also use convenience carts. These carts are set up to carry basic menu items to avoid long line in our cafes. The carts (depending on the size of the event) are scattered throughout the event floor. These types of services make for a more pleasurable convention experience.
