Part time Servers: are needed in the catering division for the upcoming Holiday Season
Catering Services Manager
The Primary duties in the sales area is interfacing with the marketing staff in internet, printed and visual media promotion. Coordinate all efforts in the Banquet, Food and Beverage area. This includes menu planning, agenda setting and hotel meeting services.
Other duties include all food service and catering contract reviews. Candidate will be responsible to facilitate necessary communication before, during and post event with Brothers Caterers administrative staff to ensure proper billing and highest quality of service.
Brothers Caterers Catering Services Manager will be in charge of all site inspections, maintain very diplomatic customer relationships, schedule staff meetings, and coordinate with the sales and catering staff.
The Catering manager will also works closely with the Brothers Caterers support staff. Qualifications: A minimum of 1-3 years of foodservice, cafeteria, restaurant or catering services or any comparable experience preferred. Candidate must have user level computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheet, presentation development).
Position requires a candidate with the following qualities: very detail oriented, organized and be able to work long hours in a fast paced environment.
